Alex Gant is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California. Alex received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and his Master's Degree in Counseling from Cal Poly Humboldt. Alex has worked with children in various settings, which most recently included a community nonprofit, where he traveled to schools and homes to improve childrens’ access to therapy services in a rural area. Challenges that Alex has helped clients with include family conflict, academic issues, ADHD, anger, depression, and anxiety. His approach includes identifying strengths and supports as key factors of the change process, and helping young people understand and move towards their values. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his fiancee and dog, going to the beach, traveling, hiking, and surfing.
