How physical health visits work

When a student visits the health office, school staff use an iPad to help connect the student with a Hazel provider (with legal guardian consent).

Legal guardian gives permission for their child to access Hazel services. If the student is over 18, the student can consent themselves.

Student visits school health office

The student visits the school health office with a physical complaint that Hazel can help with.

Physical health visit

The school health team starts a Hazel visit, and within minutes, the Hazel provider connects with the student over live video to evaluate the student’s symptoms.

Follow up and care coordination

After the visit, Hazel provides treatment recommendations, follows up with the legal guardian, and connects the family to local care or resources when needed.

When a student needs care from home, the legal guardian can request a physical health visit, which the student can then join on any computer or smart device.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
